Rutkowski – Eisinger wed

Julie Marie Rutkowski, Ubly, and Rob Daniel Eisinger, Okemos, were united in marriage on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at the Bad Axe Free Methodist Church. Pastor Jerry Sutton officiated at the doublering ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Randy & Karen Rutkowski, Ubly. She is the granddaughter of Allen & Alice Depcinski, Cass City, and Barbara and the late Elmer Rutkowski of Ubly.
The groom is the son of Bill & Joan Eisinger, Filion. He is the grandson of Rose and the late George Smith Jr. of Filion, and Carrie and the late Wilbert Eisinger of Bad Axe.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and wore a white chiffon gown with criss-crossed gathers across the mid-section with beads and sequins embellishing the bodice and back, falling to a chapel-length train. Her simple fingertip veil, edged with satin ribbon, was made by the bride’s mother.
The bride carried a hand-held bouquet of orange roses, circled by pink alstromeria, yellow selidego and tree ferns hand wrapped in satin ribbon.
Amy Rutkowski, Saginaw, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor.
The bridesmaids were Tracy Laming, Ubly, cousin of the bride, and Laura Merritt, Tecumseh, college friend and roommate of the bride.
Bill Eisinger Jr., Bremerton, Wash., brother of the groom, was best man.
The groomsmen were Nick Eisinger, Filion, brother of the groom, and Matt Eisinger, Okemos, brother of the groom.
Calden Eisinger, Filion, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
The ushers were Keith Rutkowski, Dollar Bay, brother of the bride, Brian Rutkowski, Owendale, brother of the bride, Alex Smith, Filion, cousin of the groom, and Chris Segroves, Caro, cousin of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception was conducted at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Bad Axe, with 300 guests in attendance.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Ubly High School and a 2008 graduate of Northwood University, Midland, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Bad Axe High School and a 2007 graduate of Northwood University, Midland, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and employment with Andrews Hooper & Pavlik PLC, Okemos.
After a week-long honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple resides in Okemos.
