HURON COUNTY – Christine Ann Pawlowsky, 42, of Minden City, was arraigned in District Court last week on a charge related to embezzlement from a local union.

Pawlowsky is facing one count of embezzlement agent/trustee over $1,000, but less than $20,000. The charges are the result of an investigation from the Harbor Beach Police Department and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Heralleged misconduct came to light during an audit, when numerous irregularities were discovered.
