• Patrick R. Foster, 41, of Eastpointe, operating while visibly impaired - first offense, $980 fines and costs, five days in jail.

• Ryan Scott McCoy, 25, of Bad Axe, retail fraud, $754 fines and costs, 10 days in jail.

• Matthew Allen Rinnert, 24, of Elkton, operating while intoxicated - first offense, $1,660 fines and costs, 12 months probation, 15 days in jail.
