• TJ Bradley Bowers, 20, of Bay Port, alcohol on the highway, $525 fines and costs; attempted receiving and concealing property over $200, $1,640 fines and costs, 12 months probation, 15 days in jail.

• James Harold Chappel, 54, of Kinde, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired - second offense, $1,210 fines and costs, 12 months probation, 30 days in jail.

• Phillip Michael Denman, 22, of Harbor Beach, police officer assault, $1,210 fines and costs, 60 days in jail.

• Kin Ladao Geilhart, 56, of Mayville, was bound over to circuit court on two charges of marijuana possession.

• Jody Gerald Gornowich, 46, of Harbor Beach, attempted stray dog, $435 fines and costs.

• Audrey Lynn Hogan, 24, of Bad Axe, was bound over to circuit court on charges of controlled substance - analogs (designer drugs) and controlled substance - marijuana.

• Rusty James Krohn, 28, of Elkton, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired, $1,025 fines and costs, six months probation, one day in jail, four days community service.

• Kevin James Kulinski, 27, of Deford, was bound over to circuit court on a charge of criminal sexual conduct - fourth degree, incapacitated victim.

• John Erin Logsdon, 51, of Elkton, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired, $1,195 fines and costs, 12 months probation, 15 days in jail.

• Brian James Phillips, 20, of Harbor Beach, domestic violence, $765 fines and costs, 12 months probation, 20 days in jail, four days community service; attempted retail fraud-third degree, $365 fines and costs, 20 days in jail.

• Albert Vincent Sanchez, 31, of Harbor Beach, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired - first offense, $1,105 fines and costs, six months probation, four days in jail.

• Marlene Marie Sharples, 71, of Caseville, operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired, $1,015 fines and costs, four days community service.

• Justin Paul Sweet, non-sufficient funds check - less than $100, $657 fines and costs, $97 restitution, nine months probation, four days in jail.

• Robert James Vanvalkenburgh, 59, of Filion, was found guilty on charges of stalking and malicious destruction of property - greater than $200. Sentencing was scheduled for June 18.

• Aaron Wade Whitting, 30, of Port Austin, deer hunting violation, $6,585 fines and costs, $6,000 restitution, five days in jail.
