Debra Mae Rolston, age 46, of Filion, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2017 at McLaren Hospital in Bay City with her family by her side.

Debbie was born in Cass City on June 15, 1971, daughter of Debra Rolston and Robert Jordan Sr. She resided in Filion with her lifelong partner, Randy Franzel.

Debbie attended Bad Axe High School. She was employed at Vultron for many years and then became a caretaker for the elderly. Little Debbie, as most people knew her by, enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and her collection of dolls. She especially loved being with her nieces and nephews and spending time with her cat, Lucky.

Debbie is survived by her lifelong partner, Randy Franzel of Filion; mother, Debra Rolston and friend, Wayne Humbel of Bad Axe; father, Robert (Pat) Jordan Sr. of Applegate; stepfather, Dale (Linda) Bucholz of Bad Axe; brothers, David (Tasha) Bucholz, Daniel (Cindy) Bucholz and Jeremy (Sarah) Jordan, all of Bad Axe; sister, Amanda (Ron) Gusa and sister-in-law, Marcia Jordan, both of Bad Axe; nieces and nephews, Emma, Leric, Gabryella, Mariah, Madison, Abigail, Aiden, MacKenzie, Mason and Miley and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Debbie was preceded in death by stepmother, Karen (Jordan) Nichols, and brother, Bob Jordan Jr.

Per Debbie’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a gathering of remembrance will be held at Wilcox Park in Bad Axe on September 23 at 1 p.m.
