Harbor Beach Hospital Foundation hosts European Tower Pheasant Hunt

ROOSTER RANCH - The Harbor Beach Hospital Foundation hosted its European Tower Pheasant Hunt fundraising event, Saturday, April 28, with 54 hunters at the Rooster Ranch on Germania Road near Ubly, starting at 7:30 a.m., with registration and breakfast. The day was filled with a clay target shoot, the tower pheasant hunt, lunch and a walk up pheasant hunt, with guides and dogs. The birds were cleaned by the ranch and distributed to the hunters. There were three gun raffles, which were sponsored by Randy’s Hunting Center. At lunchtime, door prizes were given away and the drawing was held for the queen-size pheasant quilt, made and donated by Vange Wolschleger. The winner of this one-of-a-kind quilt was Dr. David Dubriwny.
